KAIA is developing a community-directed reinvestment model intended to connect commercial growth with value returning toward participating communities.
Participating communities should help define the priorities — whether education, community infrastructure, access to solar energy, cultural or gathering spaces, or other needs identified locally.
Our aim is a transparent mechanism that keeps decision-making close to the people and places involved.
