Ingredients

Exceptional ingredients. Remarkable origins.

A focused portfolio for food, beverage, nutraceutical, wellness and personal care development — available under KAIA or as white label.

Premium Maués Guaraná

Natural energy with an extraordinary origin.

Guaraná (Paullinia cupana) has been part of Amazonian life for centuries, with its history deeply connected to the Sateré-Mawé people and the region of Maués.

Unlike commodity guaraná produced primarily for industrial extraction, our focus is on carefully processed guaraná intended as a premium food and functional ingredient.

The fruit is harvested when mature, the seeds are processed, roasted, peeled and finely milled to create a distinctive powder suitable for product development across multiple categories.

Applications

From Maués

A place shaped by guaraná.

Maués, in the Brazilian state of Amazonas, has one of the world’s deepest historical relationships with guaraná.

Here, production is not simply agriculture. It is knowledge passed through generations, adapted to rivers, seasons, communities and the realities of life in the Amazon.

Small production volumes, manual harvesting and traditional processing make this fundamentally different from large-scale commodity agriculture.

We don't want to turn this into a commodity.

We want to preserve what makes it valuable.

Amazonian Cacao + Guaraná

When natural energy meets chocolate.

What if a functional product didn’t have to choose between purpose and pleasure?

Amazonian cacao and Maués guaraná come together in an existing product concept that demonstrates exactly the kind of innovation KAIA wants to explore.

Chocolate becomes more than confectionery — it becomes a platform for discovering how exceptional Amazonian ingredients can work together in entirely new ways.

FUNCTIONAL. ENJOYABLE. DISTINCTLY AMAZONIAN.

Extra Virgin Brazil Nut Oil

Natural energy with an extraordinary origin.

Brazil nuts are known around the world. Their oil remains largely undiscovered.

Produced from carefully selected Brazil nuts, this premium Amazonian oil opens opportunities across culinary, specialty food, beauty, personal care and wellness applications, subject to product grade and market requirements.

Applications

Biodiversity Made Usable

Amazonian Botanicals

Some Amazonian plants are extraordinary at origin but difficult to bring into global product development because of perishability, logistics and limited shelf life. Modern processing technologies such as freeze-drying can transform selected plants into stable, lightweight powders, opening new possibilities for formulation, transportation and international markets.

Jambu

A distinctive Amazonian botanical known for its unique sensory characteristics.

Açaí

One of the Amazon’s most internationally recognized fruits, available in formats suited to food, beverage and nutrition applications.
